The one thing we all know is that change is inevitable. We cannot avoid it no matter how hard we try. But we can learn to effectively manage change and the impact it has on our organization and staff.

Your posts were amazing and so enjoyable to read!! There were valuable pieces of information that really made me think, and set a "spark" in the way I think about change and change management. I have always believed that flexibility is the key, but the "buy in" from staff, the trust, and thinking outside the box are also essential. Thank you for the reminders!
